Make your daily steps count and join others for meetup walks each week*. Log your miles/steps at the Fitness Complex.

Mondays
• 1100 at Fitness Complex
• 3.1 mile loop
Wednesdays
• 1630 at Barks & Recreation Dog Park
• 2.5 mile loop
Saturdays
• 0800 at NGIS
• 7-mile loop

Check in at the Fitness counter to track your miles/steps from September 23, 2017-March 31, 2018. Complete all of the following check points and receive a free t-shirt:
• Check Point 1: Kings Bay to St. Simons (58 miles/122,496 steps)
• Check Point 2: St. Simons to Savannah (89 miles/187,968 steps)
• Check Point 3: Savannah to Augusta (120 miles/253,440 steps)
• Check Point 4: Augusta to Blairsville (172 miles/363,264 steps)
• Check Point 5: Blairsville to Summerville (109 miles/230,208 steps)
• Check Point 6: Summerville to Columbus (160 miles/337,920 steps)
• Check Point 7: Columbus to Valdosta (163 miles/344,256 steps)
• Check Point 8: Valdosta to Kings Bay (122 miles/257,664 steps)
