Olympic Lifting Basics

This class will be focused primarily on the development of skills that directly relate to (power assistance exercises) and will eventually include advanced barbell movements (Olympic Lifting-Snatch/Clean & Jerk). This class may also include principles introduced within the Beginner Instructional Weightlifting (basic weightlifting exercises) as well as program design. It is strongly encouraged that individuals possess an intermediate to advanced familiarity with weight training or regularly attend the beginner class to properly develop the skills needed to complete more complex movements. This class may take place within the HIIT room or outside at the TRX box.
