Memorial Hero Workout

HERO: someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.

Join MWR as we honor the fallen with our Memorial Hero Workout:
• Register for time slots at the Fitness Complex through May 23

• Workouts are for time.
• Time slots are 1 hour and available during the following times:

  • 0600 - 0800
  • 1000 - 1300
  • 1600 - 1900

• Workout options are as follows (all workouts include wearing 20 lb weight vest):

  • Beginner/Intermediate - 800m run/ 50 pull-ups/ 100 push-ups/ 150 squats/ 800m run
  • Advanced - 1-mile run/ 100 pull-ups/ 200 push-ups/ 300 squats/ 1-mile run
    • 500m row may be used as a substitute for runs
