Progressive Level 1: Summer Break Yoga

Like the idea of yoga but not sure where to start? Or are you looking for a small and safe place to strengthen your yoga skills? Then this is the class for you! During this 50-minute class, you will progressively build your strength, flexibility and endurance as we move toward more advanced yoga postures. 

Each class is $5 per a person. Children ages 8 and older who wish to practice yoga while on summer break are welcome to enroll, parent must remain with child the entire class.
