Navy Region Southeast 2019 Navy Birthday Run Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield: Monster Dash Edition

In celebration of the Navy's Birthday, join MWR Kings Bay and Navy Region Southeast as we celebrate with a regional Navy Birthday Run across all 16 installations. Not only will you compete locally at Kings Bay, but your times will be compared across the region to determine the fastest runner in Navy Region Southeast!  Top 3 male & female runners will receive winner medals at each installation.  Top runner in region will receive plaque.

Throw on your best costumes, grab your family & friends and join us for a fun-filled 5k celebrating the Navy's Birthday, Halloween and community spirit! Make sure you wear your best Halloween costume as the runner/walker with the best costume will be win a $100 gift certificate to Tickets and Travel Office. Also the first male and female to finish the 5k will win a $100 gift certificate to Tickets and Travel Office, in addition to their winner medeals.

Register by Sept 30th and be entered to win a drawing for a $100 Visa Gift Card!  Must be present to win as drawing will be held at the run.

Registration will include a free t-shirt while supplies last! (14 years & older, no youth sizes avilable).

Packet pick-up will be Oct 9th-11th from 8am-5pm at the Fitness Complex.
