REGISTER NOW AT FITNESS COMPLEX for the pre-test Certification Dates on 3/16 or 03/18
or Course Dates 3/31-4/2 from 8am-5pm **Class restricted to ages 15 years & up
(Must be 15 years old by 03/30)
LIFEGUARD COURSE INCLUDES THESE CERTIFICATIONS:
• Red Cross Lifeguard
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer
• First Aid
• Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
Pre-test Certification Dates
March 16 or March 18
You must pre-register and pass the pre-test on either 3/16 or 3/18 from 3-6pm or by appointment only to continue on with course.
The pre-test must be passed to continue on with course
150 Yard Swim using Freestyle or Breaststroke
2 Minute Tread only using legs
50 Yard Swim using Freestyle or Breaststroke
Timed Brick Test
