Great Navy Campout is rolling out on Friday-Saturday, Sept 18-19 on Lake D* onboard NSB Kings Bay. The fun is filled with adventure from 4 pm-11 am. A campfire cookout will be provided Friday evening & Make-N-Take breakfast on Saturday morning. Cost $5 per family. Bring your own camping equipment and tents. Limited camping equipment is available on first come, first served basis while supplies last.
Registration is at Tickets & Travel starting on August 3. Patrons must pay to finalize their spot.
Pledge to Camp is back, too! With prize sponsor GOVX*, this initiative encourages participants to get out and enjoy the great outdoors − whether it’s their first or hundredth time − in a backyard or a national park. Explore and share your adventures on our website at www.navymwr.org/pledgetocamp each month from Memorial Day weekend through October for your chance to win $500 toward purchases on GOVX.com! Two winners will be randomly selected each month: one E1-E5 winner and one winner selected from E6 and above, military personnel, and other eligible MWR patrons. At the end of the event in October, two grand prize winners will be randomly selected for $2,500 toward purchases on GOVX.com!
