Barbells & Brews Fitness Competition

Join us at Finnegan's Landing on Thursday, October 6th for a double elimination head to head competition.

Cost is $10, includes voucher for 1 domestic beer*/soft drink or 1 free bowling pass.

Register at The Fitness Complex beginning September 1 through October 6.

Deadlift for total reps @ prescribed weights/time parameters each round.

Participant completing the most repetitions advances (BW @ sign up is tie break). First place winner receives gift card!
