Weight Training

Foundational weight training for all individuals interested in enhancing comprehension of popular barbell exercises. Workouts will be centered arounf the instruction of proper execution, technique, and programming of popular multi-joint, large muscle mass movements (squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, etc.) utilizing a barbell. Individuals will also receive guidance concerning basic exercise principles and programming. This class may take place within the HIIT room or outside at the TRX box.
