Over the Hump Run/Walk Group

Hump Day just got better cause fitness with friends is the best kind of fitness! MWR is hosting an Over the Hump run/walk group on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 pm. You will be able to walk or run different marked base routes (between 3-5 miles). The paths are for all walking and running levels and all are invited to join! Stop by the Fitness Complex for any questions.
